Reliable information gathered indicate that management of Amocad Limited, has teamed up with one Sariki Abbas to take over parcels of land belonging to private owners who are part of the Association of New Kitase Land Owners.

Although, there is an interlocutory injunction on the land, Amocad Limited together with its workmen, assigns, and landguards, have mounted notices on the land and claiming ownership over it in blatant disrespect to the court order.

The dispute over the said parcel of land in Kitase, has travelled to the High Court, Somanya where an Order for Interlocutory Injunction was granted.

In a Suit No. C1/19/2021, Plaintiffs; Obaahemaa Nana Korkor Ntim II and Nana Adu Ampoma II, dragged Francis Kotei Afutu, Isaac Dodzi Mordo, Mr Zumah, City Spaces Property Brokers and Amocad Limited (Defendants) to Court.

The Plaintiffs, in their Affidavit filed on March 3, 2021, prayed the Court for an order restraining the four defendants acting in themselves, their agents, workmen, Assigns and landguards from entering the land.

The Court presided over by Justice Mariam Sinare on May 10, 2021, ruled that the land in dispute between Nii Afutu Brempong III (Defendant) and Nii Armah Kwarteng on the one hand and Obaahemaa Nana Korkor Ntim II, Abusuapanyin Barima Kofi Sakyi Kyidomhene Kwaku Agyemang (Representing Asona Family of Kitase Akuapem) on the other hand, is valid and legally binding and that its terms must be specifically performed.
